Executive Director-Producer and Host. Pía Cruzalegui (b. Peru) is a Chicago-based cross-disciplinary artist, independent curator and multimedia producer. She is a graduate in Communications from Florida Atlantic University and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago where she received a Master in Fine Arts. In 2019 she received an award from the Ministerio de Cultura y Patrimonio in Quito, Ecuador; and since 2020 documentation of her work for the American Tales in the Making, funded by the National Endowment of the Arts, Big Read, has been archived at the Freeport Art Museum in Illinois.
